The hatch was one of the most problematic mechanics in old Dead by Daylight. It caused so many issues it’s just crazy. It’s an asymmetric multiplayer horror game developed and published by BHVR Interactive. It’s a 4v1game in which one player takes on the role of a killer and the other four play as survivors. The killer’s goal is to hunt and impale each survivor on sacrificial hooks to appease a malevolent force known as the Entity.
